About Michael

Michael Ferencz has been in the construction business for over thirty years.  Beginning in the early ‘70’s with a family septic business, he gradually branched out to all aspects of construction and residential building and remodeling.  As a result, the culmination of years of knowledge has enabled him to hone his building standards, product information and the benefit of mastering average and “not so average” design situations.
